Are your milk-based teas dairy-free?

We use a lactose-free creamer for our milk teas. However, it is not suitable for people with a cow’s milk protein allergy, as it contains a small amount of whey and sodium caseinate (milk-derived stabilisers) to help keep it shelf-stable and smooth in texture.

Do you have any vegan bubble teas?

Yes! All our iced teas are vegan-friendly, as they’re made with tea, fruit syrups, and plant-based toppings.

How long do the drinks last?

If you're planning to save some bubble tea for later, our iced teas and drinks with jellies will stay fresh in the fridge for 2–3 days.

Bubble teas with pearls are best enjoyed within 4–6 hours while they're soft and chewy. You can refrigerate them overnight, but the pearls will firm up — which is still fine if you prefer them that way!

Do you offer home delivery? I've got a bubble tea craving! 

Yes! We offer home delivery every second Sunday morning within Romsey and Lancefield, so you can enjoy the ultimate bubble tea treat at home.

The cut-off time for orders is Saturday at 6pm, and deliveries are made the following day between 9–11am.

Can I order delivery for other days?

At the moment, we only offer delivery every second Sunday.

If you'd like to grab a bubble tea before the next delivery run, you can pick up your order from the IGA Romsey Deli every Wednesday from 10am until close. Simply place your order before Tuesday at 6pm for Wednesday pickup.

I missed the cut-off time; will I still get my order? 

Orders placed after the cut-off times for both deliveries and pickups will roll over to the next scheduled date.

IGA pickups are available every Wednesday, while home deliveries run every second Sunday.

What types of events do you cater to with bubble tea?

We cater across the Macedon Ranges, Melbourne, and throughout Victoria — serving corporate events, school functions, weddings, private parties, workshops, business launches, community events, and more. Simply head to our catering page for a quote.

What are your catering package prices?

Minimum order: 50 drinks

  • $8 per serve — Sealed drop-off

  • $9 per serve — Live trailer service

We currently offer a standard 500ml serve for catering, which most people find just right. However, you can upgrade to a 700ml size for an additional $1 per cup.

Do you need power for catering?

No power is needed for sealed drop-offs.

For trailer events, we can connect to either a 15-amp or 10-amp outlet, or run completely off-grid using our generator.

What other services do you provide for catering?

We offer custom drink stickers for $0.50 each — perfect for a personal touch. For sealed drop-offs, we can provide up to five foldable tables with soft grey covers to beautifully showcase your drinks. If you have any special requests, we'll do our best to help!

Are your cups and straws recyclable?

Yes! We use paper straws, and our cups are made from recyclable polypropylene (PP).
