We cater across the Macedon Ranges, Melbourne, and throughout Victoria, serving corporate and school functions, weddings, private parties, workshops, business launches, community events, and more!
What are your catering package prices?
Minimum Catering Order: 100 Drinks
- $7 per serve — Sealed Drop-off
- $8 per serve — Full Bar Experience (Trailer)
How much is a serve?
We currently offer a standard 500ml serve for catering, which most find just right. However, you can choose to upgrade to 700ml for $1 more per cup.
Where are the savings with catering?
For large catering options, the savings come from efficiencies in prep and delivery at scale and we're happy to pass them on.
What added value services do you provide?
We offer custom drink stickers at $0.50 each — perfect for a personal or branded touch. For sealed drop-offs, we can provide up to 5 foldable tables with soft grey covers to beautifully showcase your drinks.
Do you need power for catering?
No power is needed for sealed drop-offs. For trailer events, 15AMP is ideal, but we can run off-grid as well.
Any additional costs I should know about?
No hidden fees — you only pay for the drinks and services you order! We don’t charge travel, delivery or setup fees.
Do you offer home delivery? I've got a bubble tea craving!
Yes! We deliver within Romsey and Lancefield every Friday. Simply place your order by Wednesday 4PM, and we’ll deliver to your door between 4PM-6PM on Friday.
How do I place an order for Friday delivery?
You can order through our website and select your drinks. Choose "Romsey" or "Lancefield" at checkout, and your drinks will be delivered on Friday.
What time will my delivery arrive?
We deliver between 4PM and 6PM on Fridays. We’ll notify you when your order is on the way!
Can I order delivery for other days?
At the moment, we only do Friday delivery. But stay tuned for any future updates — we’re always looking for ways to serve our community better!
Are your cups and straws recyclable?
Yes! We use paper straws, and our cups are made from recyclable polypropylene (PP).
